Our team strives to make sure your experience is as value-packed as possible and it is for these reasons we offer FREE Canada Wide Shipping on all orders over $75 (Shipped via Midland or Canada Post, our automated shipping system will pick the best shipper for your delivery location)! However, we understand that sometimes, you are in a crunch, time is tight, and you live a busy life but desperately need that Dry Shampoo to get you through the week...well…you’re in luck! Coastal Beauty offers a Flat-Rate shipping of $9.95 (Shipped via Midland or Canada Post, our automated shipping system will pick the best shipper for your delivery location)! Whether you are restocking for the month or for the week, Coastal Beauty has you covered.

Order Processing & Shipping: 

Midland (NS, NB, PE): Most orders will arrive within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Midland Courier is the best at what they do and what they do is get your packages to your doorstep accurately and fast. Coastal Beauty processes all orders during business hours (Monday-Friday: 830AM-5:00PM AT). All orders placed before 2:00pm AT will be shipped the same day, with orders processed after 2:00PM AT being shipped the next business day. Occasionally due to an unforeseen re-stocking of items a slight delay on shipping of your order may occur, however this is not the norm, and the Coastal Beauty team will contact you if any major delays are to occur.

Canada Post (The Rest of Canada): Most orders will arrive within 2-9 business days of the order being placed Coastal Beauty processes all orders during business hours (Monday-Friday: 830AM-5:00PM AT). All orders placed before 1:00pm AT will be shipped the same day, with orders processed after 1:00PM AT being shipped the next business day. Occasionally due to an unforeseen re-stocking of items a slight delay on shipping of your order may occur, however this is not the norm, and the Coastal Beauty team will contact you if any major delays are to occur.


PO Boxes: If shipping to a PO Box please select Canada Post as your shipper. Midland is unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please note that in NS, NB, and PE the free shipping over $75 is only available with Midland shipping.

Delivery Information:

Midland: When your order leaves our warehouse a tracking number will be issued. If no one is at the address when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be left in a secure location. If no secure location exists, or the delivery driver is unable to leave the package for other reasons, Midland Courier will make 2 more delivery attempts (3 total) if the order is unable to be received it will be sent back to Coastal Beauty’s warehouse. The client will have the option to reship or have the order refunded.

Canada Post: When your order leaves our warehouse a tracking number will be issued. If a community or group mailbox exists for your shipping destination your parcel will be left in your receptacle or parcel department, if your parcel is too large for the community or group mailboxes a delivery attempt will be made at the addresses door, if no one is home to answer the door Canada Post may safe drop your parcel or leave a delivery notice at your door notifying you where to pick up your parcel. If a delivery notice is left, your parcel will be brought to a local Canada Post post office and will await your pickup. Your order will be then held for 15 days before being returned to our warehouse. The client will then have the option to reship or have their order refunded.

Delivery Address Accuracy: 
We strive to ensure all orders arrive as quickly as possible however we do ask that you ensure accuracy in your delivery address information! This means you need to confirm proper address, postal code, city, province, apartment number, unit number, buzzer number, or any other important information which is crucial to ensuring a successful delivery. If shipping to a business please provide the name of the business. Coastal Beauty is not responsible for any shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to shipping inaccuracies.
Coastal Beauty will not be held responsible for any additional shipping charges which are accrued due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address it will be returned or abandoned. It is the responsibility of the customer to incur any and all shipping charges associated with this including the original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as tax and/or other charges.

Damaged, Missing, or Order Error Shipments:
If you receive an order from Coastal Beauty and believe the package to be damaged, missing, or containing an error please contact our support staff at [email protected] within 24hrs of receiving your package. Please do not accept packages that are visibly opened or damaged. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as “Damaged”.

Right to Revoke Orders:
Coastal Beauty has the right to revoke any and all orders if it is believed that account abuse has occurred. Account abuse can take many forms. An example of account abuse would be a client making multiple accounts in order to take advantage of a promotional campaign which was designed to be single use. The classification of account abuse will be left up to the sole discretion of the Coastal Beauty customer service representative. If it has been determined that account abuse has occurred, the order in question will be held while the client is notified. After notification a full refund of the order will be issued. If unable to contact the end client after 15 days the order will automatically be refunded with a notification email being sent to the client at the email provided via the account creation process.

Fraud: 
Here at Coastal Beauty keeping our clients safe is our number one priority. Due to increased levels of fraud, automated systems are used to detect whether an order is considered to be potentially fraudulent. If your order is flagged as potentially being fraudulent, it will be automatically held at our warehouse, until approved by a member of our Customer Service Team. If your order has been flagged, a member of our Customer Service Team will reach out within 1 business day of your order being placed (business days are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm AT). In order to verify your identity our Customer Service Team may request a piece of government issued identification as well as a credit card statement for the transaction. Once identity is confirmed your order will be released from our warehouse. 

Pricing: 
While shopping online, the listed price for a product can be found on the product page, occasionally there can be price differences between search and category pages, the product page pricing over rides both search and category pages. Please note that we reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing errors.
