Specially formulated for deep shades from dark brunette to black, this sheer clear top coat leaves a reflective, glossy finish with long lasting results, in just 5 minutes. Vegan Oat Milk smooths and softens while Camellia Oil conditions and nourishes hair. This fresh and floral scent has a hint of spice with a Rose and Floral Ginger mix with Cedarwood.

How to use:
-  After preferred Pureology shampoo, remove excess water from the hair.
-  Apply Color Fanatic Top Coat + Tone Blue evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat + Tone Blue apply to previously color-treated areas to neutralize unwanted tones.
-  Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
-  Finish with a preferred Pureology conditioner or mask, only if necessary.
