Specially formulated for all colors of blonde, natural or lightened, this purple top coat tones out unwanted brassiness, leaving hair looking smooth, reflective, and polished. Vegan Oat Milk smooths and softens while Camellia Oil conditions and nourishes hair. This fresh and floral scent  has a hint of spice with a Rose and Floral Ginger mix with Cedarwood.

How to use:
-  After preferred Pureology shampoo, remove excess water from the hair.
-  Apply Color Fanatic Top Coat + Tone Purple evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat + Tone Purple apply to previously color-treated areas to neutralize unwanted tones.
-  Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
-  Finish with a preferred Pureology conditioner or mask, only if necessary.
